This single-load CD is an interactive test-taking review for use on your Windows computer. The software features two main components:
- Interactive tests. Tests can be taken by topic, to deepen understanding in specific areas, and as multi-topic randomly generated 70-question exams, designed to emulate the style of the state exam. This combination develops solid topic comprehension and test-taking mastery to help you pass the state exam on your first attempt.
- Florida Title Rule [FAC 69O-186] with instructor notes to aid interpretation. The Rule, as presented on the CD, helps build comprehension of this essential component of the state exam, while also promoting a strong understanding of the Rule for real-world application.
Important Notes Regarding the Florida Study Manual 14th Edition
- The Florida Department of Financial Services regulates the content of the Florida Study Manual. During our annual revision, where we transition from the outgoing Edition to the next Edition, the FLDFS requires that we remove all end-chapter Q+A and all Florida Statute reprints from the outgoing Edition.
- We believe this information is essential for those preparing to take the Florida State Exam, so we transferred the Q+A and the Florida Statute reprints to the the single-load Florida Interactive Title Insurance Review CD, 14th Edition. We also included a 40+ page Master Industry Glossary of Terms to further aid studying.
- The CD’s Interactive Exam Component is preset to administer an unlimited number of 70-question multi-topic, multiple-choice 90-minute timed exams that simulate the state exam. The component may be switched to “flashcard” mode to test on one topic at a time. The single-load CD does not replace the Florida Study Manual. It is an essential companion product.
- To adequately prepare for the Florida State Exam, we encourage Test-Takers to obtain the Florida Study Manual for Title Insurance, 14th Edition as well as the single-load Florida Interactive Title Insurance Review CD, 14th Edition.
- Those taking the 40-Hour Licensing Course during 2015 must purchase the Florida Study Manual for Title Insurance, 14th Edition. Due to the extensive changes, it will no longer be possible to use an earlier edition for classroom purposes. Those taking the 40-Hour Course are also encouraged to purchase the single-load Florida Interactive Title Insurance Review CD, 14th Edition to help them prepare for the required end-course examination as well as the state exam.
